We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist for our team in Poland.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns using programmatic platforms to deliver targeted and cost-efficient ads to key audiences. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data management, and a deep understanding of digital advertising technologies and platforms. As a specialist, you will work closely with clients and our internal teams to plan, implement, and analyze programmatic campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment.


What you'll do:
  • Assist with setting up programmatic campaigns, including targeting parameters, ad creatives, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Support in the adjustment and optimization of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Help analyze campaign data and generate performance reports.
  • Work closely with senior team members to gain insights into data-driven advertising strategies.
  • Identify key trends in campaign performance and provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Collaborate with external teams such as agencies to ensure campaign success.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders such as media vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and programmatic technologies.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in programmatic platforms and digital marketing.


What you need for this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital marketing, or media buying.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in working with data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.


What will make us really love you:
  • Experience with media agencies, advertising technology, or direct programmatic campaigns is preferred.
  • Exposure to programmatic platforms such as Google DV360, Adform, or others is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) is a plus.
