Developer Support Engineer

Algolia is a leader in search solutions, helping businesses enhance user experiences with a powerful search API. We seek a Developer Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

Skills

Web development experience
Knowledge of REST APIs
Database management
Familiarity with development languages (JavaScript, Java, PHP, etc.)
Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

Handle technical requests via web and email support channels.
Conduct professional and empathetic conversations with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Submit bug reports to the Engineering team.
Partner with Product Teams and Engineering to develop subject matter expertise.
Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.
