Technical Onboarding and Engagement Manager

Algolia is seeking a Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager to support customers and deliver great customer experiences while managing multiple technical engagements.

Skills

Project Management experience
Understanding of Search and AI technologies
Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage ongoing technical projects and client relationships.
Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities.
Collaborate with Account Executives on project scopes.
Create project charters and delivery plans.
Communicate project status and recommendations.
Identify and manage escalations of at-risk accounts.
Transfer accounts to RUN team post-go live.
Document opportunities to optimize onboarding processes.

Education

Technical degree in computer science or related field
