The position involves managing projects to achieve their objectives, necessitating database expertise and administrative understanding. Working closely with colleagues worldwide, both in-person and remotely, is crucial.Responsibilities• Championing and utilizing the principles of the Operating System for all work performed.• Writing, monitoring and managing project plans, while performing risk management.• Capacity planning and financial management for various projects that impact the work group of client(s).• Responding promptly, thoughtfully, and effectively to changing priorities and deadlines.• Communicating regularly with stakeholders on progress and risk.• Sharing knowledge and learnings between projects to drive process improvements in Defined Benefits.Requirements• Have experience in project management, skilled in leading meetings, setting goals, defining roles, resolving conflicts, and driving projects to completion.• Show excellent critical thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills.• Be a leader that facilitates project progress through attentive listening, influencing, presentation, and communication skills.• Be knowledgeable of the tools, techniques, and software needed for project management.Flexible WorkingSo that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
