IT Support Engineer

AliveCor seeks an IT Support Engineer to support our Global Teams. The role of an IT Support Engineer involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems in the organization including: day to day IT administration, maintenance, providing IT support as and when needed, resolving IT related issues, troubleshooting etc.

Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operations of Mac OS and Windows infrastructure, including JAMF (for MacOS), Intune (for Windows), and tools like Okta and Google Workspace
Maintains laptop infrastructure, including resolving hardware issues and installing patches and updates
Maintains Mac and Windows deployment infrastructure worldwide
Troubleshoots laptop and network issues
Experience with package-building and deployment tools specific to macOS (Jamf Suite) & Window ( Intune )
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, Python, etc. - would be an added advantage
Resolve IT Support tickets as per internal SLAs
Proficient in creating detailed reports, particularly using spreadsheets.
Experienced in asset management.
Assist with quarterly audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

B.E in Computer Science or a related discipline, or related practical experience
5+ years of relevant Windows/MacOS IT Support experience
JAMF-100 or above certification is a must
Experience with Jamf, Google workspace & Okta is a must
Experience with Microsoft Intune, JIRA Service Desk - would be an added advantage
