Summary
The R&D New Product Development Engineer is a position focused on new materials and processes to facilitate fast-paced growth initiatives of the Company. This position focuses on materials and processes related to cement-bonded, chemically bonded & phos bonded hard refractories used in the aluminum, power generation, chemical processing and petroleum industries. Additionally, the R&D New Product Development Engineer will improve upon existing materials through innovative use of new and/or alternate raw materials.
