Allata is a fast-growing technology strategy and data development consulting firm delivering scalable solutions to our enterprise clients. Our mission is to inspire our clients to achieve their most strategic goals through uncompromised delivery, active listening, and personal accountability. We are a group who thrive in fast-paced environments, working on complex problems, continually learning, and working alongside colleagues to be better together.
The candidate will work on a 4-person Allata team, in collaboration with our healthcare and life sciences client, to help develop a secure, modern AI-enabled data platform to process massive datasets, streamline data integration, enable cross-company analytics, and address platform and data challenges. This capability is foundational to the client's business strategy and is hence a top executive priority.
The work begins with an 8-week first phase focused on Discovery, Architecture, and Roadmap Development. During this phase, the candidate will be involved in the interviewing senior IT and business stakeholders and synthesize/analyze findings to help generate a strategy.
Along the way, the work will involve identifying and inventorying current data repositories, data processing mechanisms, system inputs and outputs, as well as understanding desired outcomes, pain points, non-functional requirements (i.e., timeliness), reporting and analytics needs, security concerns, and emerging/future wants and needs.
The project team will produce a future state architecture that includes technology and a proposed platform operating model, along with an associated roadmap and execution strategy.
At Allata, we value differences.
