We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, focusing on driving results across social media channels. If you're skilled in campaign optimization and passionate about achieving impactful outcomes, this role could be for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance-driven strategies and campaigns for social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop and refine high-performing ad content
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed objectives
  • Provide ongoing reporting and campaign settlements, including detailed summaries and actionable recommendations
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on social media channels, preferably experience in the e-commerce market
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads (YouTube) and ROI Hunter is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (C1 level)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
