Senior UX Researcher

Skills
- 3-5 years of UX research experience
- Skilled in a variety of research methods including ethnography and survey design
- Experienced with unmoderated testing platforms
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Support Product Strategy, Product Managers, and Product Designers in product discovery and validation
- Prioritize research projects and maintain a roadmap
- Conduct end-to-end research as a primary researcher
- Document and share insights with the product team and stakeholders
- Become a subject-matter expert on customer needs and drive alignment
