As a critical part of our Payer Access team, we are looking for a professional who will drive implementations and support ongoing management of our Strategic Health Plan Alliances. This accountability is anchored on operationalizing our health plan partnerships, which includes strategies, business process, workflows, project management, and relationship management capabilities. The Health Plan Delivery Lead needs to deliver results by setting clear goals and making things happen by inspiring and influencing cross-functional teams - internally and externally. This work stands to have outsized leverage on Omada Health's go-to-market approach and impact in the world.
The ideal candidate has experience working in project management, the healthcare industry (such as with payers, EHRs, pharmaceutical companies), as well as a client facing background.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $137,600 - $172,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $123,840 - $154,800*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
