Who We AreWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leader to join our Strategy & Planning team for Ciscos Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer. As an integral member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the EVP's strategic customer and partner engagements by contributing to the overall success of our organization. In this high visibility role, you will have the opportunity to work with C-level executives, but also to collaborate across functions, such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, etc.What Youll Do: Collaborate closely with field marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure operational rigor and excellence relating to executive engagements with both customers and partners. Maintain ongoing relationships with globally distributed cross-functional teams to track status, sentiment, outcomes, and efficacy of all executive touchpoints. Establish robust communication channels and feedback loops through positive relationships with key cross-functional partners. Help others quickly bridge connections with the people in other functions to ensure all customer engagements are designed with a complete point of view, taking into consideration Ciscos entire product portfolio. Ensure consistency in communication and messaging to customers about our product offerings, strategy, and innovation. Build dashboards to measure and report out on key success metrics, using data to refine the sales process to improve efficiency and efficacy as it relates to pipeline building and revenue generation. Assist with generation and preparation of regular reports on progress and status for team and sponsors - report impact regularly to internal stakeholders.Who You Are You have a strategic approach to business, are able to think holistically about sales and financial objectives, and are familiar with enterprise sales metrics and key performance indicators. You possess superior collaboration and communication skills along with experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You can collaborate with senior leaders in a customer-facing role within a large, matrixed organization. You are self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, and make data-driven decisions to continually improve programs.This is a hybrid role and requires candidates to be located in the San Jose area.
