Job Description:
Manages one or more defined areas of patient care services using available resources to ensure the delivery of efficient, safe, and compassionate patient care based on current standards of practice. Provides leadership to, and is accountable for, nursing practice in all areas of responsibility. Fosters a culture of accountability, excellence and staff participation/engagement supported by processes that provide timely information regarding performance and department-specific activities and accomplishments. Coordinates activities between defined areas and provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise and serves as a link between nursing personnel and the other healthcare disciplines and staff throughout the organization. This position has a major responsibility for the implementation of the organization's mission, vision, values, code of conduct, evidence-based practice, and nursing practice within their defined areas of responsibility and must create a learning environment that is open and respectful, and promotes the sharing of expertise to promote the benefits of health outcomes.

Pay Range: $55.24 to $76.43 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.Benefit Summary
