Data Scientist - No longer accepting new applications
Alma is on a mission to simplify access to high-quality, affordable mental health care. They are looking for a Data Scientist to leverage data for informing business strategy and driving product innovations.
Skills
- Expert in SQL
- Proficient in R or Python for data analysis
- Experienced in statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing and regression analysis)
- Experience in analyzing A/B testing experiments
Responsibilities
- Generate data-driven insights for product strategy
- Define metrics and create dashboards for product performance measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define product roadmap
- Inform prioritization through opportunity sizing
- Analyze A/B testing experiments for validating product hypotheses
- Communicate technical insights to influence decision-making
- Champion a data-driven decision culture
Education
- Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field
