Project Manager, Payer Operations
Alma is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Payer Operations team and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. We are looking for someone who can lead project management efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in Project Management tools like Asana
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in change management and risk mitigation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to drive process improvements
Responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts supporting payer team operations
- Provide on-the-ground support for day-to-day activities
- Develop detailed project plans and supervise implementation
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and facilitate meetings
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
