Alo is seeking a Contracts Specialist to improve their Legal department's operations and contract management processes in a hybrid role based in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire contract lifecycle with vendors, customers and partners.
Implement best practices for contract management and legal operations.
Ensure all contracts comply with company processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract-related issues.
Analyze contract performance and propose mitigation strategies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, law or a related field.
