ALO Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Manager who is passionate about business targets and guest experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing Alo’s business and guest experience strategy in the store.

Skills

Retail leadership experience

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Familiarity with MS Office

Responsibilities

Lead the Sales & Service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Manage sales floor coverage and develop workforce solutions
Partner with the General Manager on business strategy and budgeting
Conduct coaching and development for team members
Oversee execution of sales and service deliverables

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
