Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Manager for their flagship store in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about elevating guest experiences and driving sales.

Skills

Retail management experience
Proficient in MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead the Sales & Service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Monitor business metrics and manage budget in collaboration with the General Manager.
Build strong client relationships and develop effective sales strategies.
Oversee team performance and provide continuous coaching.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Relevant certifications in retail management are a plus
