Sales Associate (Full-Time) - City Place

As a Sales Associate at Alo in City Place, your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, driving sales goals, and creating an inviting shopping environment. To qualify for the Sales Associate role at Alo, candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-centric sales environment. A passion for customer service and an ability to work well in a team are essential. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable with physical activity, as the role requires constant movement, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Full-time Sales Associates at Alo are expected to have open availability to work between 32-40 hours per week, 7 days a week. This includes being available during our Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January, as during this time we typically see an increase in customer volume.
