Alo is seeking a Transformation Lead to support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in planning and inventory management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Skills

Anaplan experience
Project management skills
Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Confluence
Business acumen
FP&A experience

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Planning, Buying and Allocation teams to enhance processes.
Develop project plans for transformation initiatives with functional leads.
Recommend improvements based on industry trends.
Work with IT and 3rd party vendors on data integration and best practices.
Manage external consultants and oversee projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
