Alo is seeking a Visual Lead for La Encantada Shopping Center who will focus on maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising and lead the team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing.
Maintains strategic product presentation and merchandising.
Executes and maintains visual direction from planning to execution.
Utilizes reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement.
Leads and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
