Brokerage Client Service Associate
Alpaca is a Series B fintech company focused on building an API-first stock and crypto platform. They are looking for a Brokerage Client Service Associate to support clients and broker partners in their transition to a remote-first workplace.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients and broker partners with service needs
- Submit and process operational requests
- Research and respond to client issues
- Interact with various internal groups to resolve client issues
- Ensure accurate submission of new business paperwork
Education
- FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain
- 1-2 years of experience in securities industry
