As a Customer Service Representative at Signal Crew Comms, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and professional assistance to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing effective solutions and support.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, service issues, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role (telecommunications experience a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
