Responsibilities
Optimize existing AE processes for scalability
Partner with AE leaders for productivity gains through territory management and forecasting improvements
Explore and implement new tools for productivity and scale
Evaluate and refine areas of opportunity across technology stack and workflows
Develop strong relationships with AE leaders to implement best practices
Provide data stories to support business needs
Lead training and adoption of tools and processes
Benefits
Base compensation range: $95,000 - $116,000
Performance-based bonus, equity, and benefits program
