Software Engineer - Level 2

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative payments platform. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to independently tackle small tasks while also collaborating on larger projects, ensuring that our software solutions meet high standards of quality and performance.

This is a fully remote role available to candidates based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Task Execution: Independently handle small tasks and contribute effectively to larger projects under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and QA—to deliver robust, high-quality software solutions.

• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain and improve our codebase.

• Continuous Improvement: Embrace a culture of learning by expanding your technical skill set and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

• Problem Solving: Quickly identify, analyze, and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our payments platform.

What You Will Bring (Requirements):

• Experience: Some experience in software development, preferably in a professional or academic setting.

• Autonomy: Ability to handle small tasks independently with minimal guidance.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Golang and React/Next.js is a plus.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Adaptability: Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and practices.

• Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with API development and integration.
