Strategic Account Manager

Altium is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to sell platform solutions across a set of named strategic target accounts. This role is critical to the company's success and requires someone with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Experience selling complex software solutions

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers
  • Own the interface for onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of relationships and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and C-Suite to drive sales and inspire the team with new ideas
  • Manage execution of significant or complex contracts including initial intake and renegotiation

Education

  • 6+ years of enterprise business development or account management experience
  • 6+ years working with strategic/corporate sponsored customers
