Senior Pharmacy Compliance Specialist, Policy & Training
Alto Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Pharmacy Compliance Specialist to be a general resource for all pharmacy and healthcare compliance matters.
Skills
- PharmD or BS in pharmacy
- Experience in policy management and governance
- Strong knowledge of accreditation requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare compliance
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Alto Policy and Procedure governance
- Assist in creating employee training and education programs
- Track and oversee compliance training completion
- Advise on general pharmacy compliance matters affecting daily operations
Education
- PharmD or BS in pharmacy
