Alumni Association Travel Student Worker (Summer).

The Notre Dame Alumni Association is looking for a student to fill this position. Our student workers are part of the team, and we provide a great work environment.
Our Travel team is looking for a student who is interested in supporting the various correspondence and registration tasks for the Traveling Irish program. In this position, you must be able to work independently and take ownership of projects while providing excellent service to our travelers. Attention to detail is critical, and the ability to effectively manage your time to meet critical deadlines is required. Applicants should also have experience in Google Gmail, docs and sheets and Access. An interest in process improvement is key as well as a can-do attitude.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be available 6 - 8 hours per week. These hours would be scheduled on the following days: Monday, Thursday, and/or Friday
- Reliability and ability to make a commitment to this role throughout the summer
- Soft skills: Detail-oriented, reliable, and communicates/coordinates well with the team
- Hard skills: Working knowledge of Google sheets and docs and Access. Ability to learn a process and improve it over time.
- Must possess a positive, outgoing and friendly attitude and strong communication skills while representing the Alumni Association
