Allegiance Staffing is hiring up to 200 warehouse employees to work and grow with our clients in the Sumner industrial complex and other surrounding cities (Fife, Auburn, Tacoma, Lakewood). These positions are long-term and temp to hire! Our clients are world leaders in shipping, logistics, and warehousing, with long-term contracts with major national retailers.

Requirements:

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload freight.
• Utilize mobile handheld devices for tracking shipments.
• Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights (up to 50 lbs).
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time on the hard concrete floors.
• Safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary to perform the job duties in the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety policies.
• Prompt, daily attendance at the assigned work location.

Pay Rates and Schedules:

Day shift:

$19.50

Swing Shift:

$20.00
