Partner Admin (Based in HCMC)


Objective
  • At Amanotes, we are looking for a meticulous and proactive Partner Admin to join our Finance team. In this role, you will ensure seamless contract and payment processing, accurate billing, and efficient communication between our partners and internal teams. 


What will you do
  • Process the contract and finance payment via email or phone with partners and finance team.
  • Check data accuracy in billings and invoices, confirm the data for internal operation.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.


Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
