As a Growth Product Manager at Amaze, you help set this vision, define what that future looks like, and build the products and features that grow and excite our users. Product Managers collaborate with Amaze leaders to set the strategic direction, scope, and success metrics for product initiatives. We work across design, engineering, and marketing to ensure we're delivering an exceptional experience to all our users. We are responsible for implementing and collaborating on product and engineering strategy, road mapping, and priorities as our product grows.  It’s our responsibility to see all types of products through their entire product lifecycle—from concept to completion with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.


About the role


You will have a sizable impact on the growth of Spring for Creators platform — how we approach business growth by systematically analyzing growth loops, network effects, and growth model, and how to combine and sequence growth loops to decrease costs, increase returns, and build a defensive moat around our product. This role will make a positive impact on LTV. Since LTV can be influenced by many factors and many teams, we will look at leading indicators and secondary metrics as goals.


These include: 

Visitor-to-signup conversion rate 

Trial conversion rate 

Activation rate

% of engaged customers, successful customers, churned customers


What you'll do
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and technical stacks through user research, data analysis, and other sources of feedback.
  • Use your knowledge and context with growth, revenue, and conversion to help inform strategy and roadmap items and lead development and execution with your teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing to build high-impact products
  • Analyze and report on your progress to share learnings with the product team as well as key stakeholders in the business.
  • Conduct constant customer research around monetization and pricing. This includes surveys, cohort analysis, and segmentation of our customer types and use cases. 


What we're looking for
  • 5+ years experience in a data-driven PLG product, with growth and eCommerce experience a huge plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in establishing metrics that you will use to confirm a successful product delivery and solve business problems
  • Ability to own complex problem spaces and form hypotheses, strategies and roadmaps , effectively.
  • A self-starter who thrives in environments where they can take the initiative and own hard problems through to impactful outcomes.
  • You have a history of optimizing conversion rates throughout the entire customer journey from acquisition to activation to revenue to retention.
  • You think strategically about what changes to make and are able to adjust rapidly with changes to the market, changes to the product, and changes to goals and timelines. 
  • Really strong UX skill set and understands more than just the fundamentals of usability and amazing user experiences
  • You are a collaborator. You know how to build strong relationships with those you work with, regardless of role, team, or title. 
  • A strong communicator - can speak the language of engineering, data, design, operations and can coordinate cross-functionally with each to achieve big wins. 
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple way, for everyone to understand.
  • You’re adaptable and aren’t tied to a strict definition of your job. 
  • Great business judgment, ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking.
  • Great with data (both qualitative and quantitative) and loves turning insights into actions.
