Product Management @ Amaze
The mission of Product Managers at Amaze is to unlock potential for our users, teams and the business. We believe that it should be easy to create, share, and sell products and services. As a Growth Product Manager at Amaze, you help set this vision, define what that future looks like, and build the products and features that grow and excite our users. Product Managers collaborate with Amaze leaders to set the strategic direction, scope, and success metrics for product initiatives. We work across design, engineering, and marketing to ensure we're delivering an exceptional experience to all our users. We are responsible for implementing and collaborating on product and engineering strategy, road mapping, and priorities as our product grows. It’s our responsibility to see all types of products through their entire product lifecycle—from concept to completion with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
About the role
You will have a sizable impact on the growth of Spring for Creators platform — how we approach business growth by systematically analyzing growth loops, network effects, and growth model, and how to combine and sequence growth loops to decrease costs, increase returns, and build a defensive moat around our product. This role will make a positive impact on LTV. Since LTV can be influenced by many factors and many teams, we will look at leading indicators and secondary metrics as goals.
These include:
Visitor-to-signup conversion rate
Trial conversion rate
Activation rate
% of engaged customers, successful customers, churned customers
