We seek a motivated Medical Student Engagement Associate to join our dynamic US Roadshow Team at AMBOSS. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing events for US medical students to promote the AMBOSS platform. You will play a key role in brainstorming engaging event ideas, building genuine connections with students, and overseeing logistical and organizational details from start to finish. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, has completed a medical degree, enjoys building networks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will:

  • Strategize, plan and execute events, workshops, and webinars to introduce AMBOSS to US medical students - especially in their clinical stage of studying.
  • Inspire and guide students on maximizing their study potential using AMBOSS.
  • Host and present virtual and in-person AMBOSS platform demonstrations to large and small groups of US medical students.
  • Build connections with students and administrators by reaching out through emails, conducting research, and coordinating event follow-ups.
  • Apply data insights and analysis to strengthen user engagement and support growth within your designated area.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to successfully communicate and maximize the power of AMBOSS.

You bring:

  • Licensed physician, MD or finishing a medical degree.
    • alternative: A background in medical education or a related field (MD, DO, or equivalent preferred).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with others.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for shaping the future of medical education.
  • Demonstrated experience using AMBOSS during medical studies.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace.

What would be a plus:

  • Some experience coordinating events, managing schedules, and multitasking across projects.
  • Basic knowledge of budget planning and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker/Metabase, Asana, Google Sheets).
  • Experience drafting and delivering presentations, both in-person and virtual.
