At American Automobile Association (AAA), we are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical guidance and assistance to our members. In this key role, you will leverage your technical prowess and commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our members receive the best digital experience possible. We are looking for an individual who is a highly... organized self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing a positive and efficient customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a strong knowledge of the latest IT trends and technologies. You must be able to communicate effectively and have a desire to work in a customer-centric environment. Additionally, you should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance and assistance to AAA members.
Leverage technical prowess and commitment to customer service excellence to ensure members receive the best digital experience possible.
Utilize problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing a positive and efficient customer experience.
Maintain a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a strong knowledge of the latest IT trends and technologies.
Communicate effectively with members and other stakeholders.
Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Monitor and maintain AAA IT systems and networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
Provide training to members on how to use new technologies and tools.
Work with other IT staff to develop new systems and processes.
