IT Support Specialist

At American Automobile Association (AAA), we are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical guidance and assistance to our members. In this key role, you will leverage your technical prowess and commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our members receive the best digital experience possible. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a strong knowledge of the latest IT trends and technologies. You must be able to communicate effectively and have a desire to work in a customer-centric environment. Additionally, you should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues. Provide training to members on how to use new technologies and tools. Work with other IT staff to develop new systems and processes.
