As the VP of Information Technology, you will play a critical role in shaping our IT strategy and operations. You’ll lead a talented team of IT professionals, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure our technology aligns with business objectives.

Your objectives may be similar to:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that supports organizational growth and innovation.

• Overseeing the day-to-day IT operations to ensure high availability and performance of critical systems.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Strategic IT Leadership: Drive the future of our technology landscape by crafting and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that supports ACS's ambitious growth and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure our IT initiatives are perfectly aligned with business objectives, paving the way for innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Cybersecurity Management: Be at the forefront of our cybersecurity efforts! Design and implement a robust cybersecurity framework that protects our organization from evolving threats. Lead the charge in establishing incident response protocols and conducting proactive security assessments, ensuring we remain ahead of the curve in safeguarding our data.

• IT Operations and Infrastructure: Oversee the seamless operation of our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Manage the implementation of cutting-edge infrastructure, including cloud solutions, and develop disaster recovery plans that keep our critical information safe and our business running smoothly.

• User Support and Training: Champion user satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving IT issues swiftly. Develop engaging training programs that empower users to navigate IT systems confidently and understand cybersecurity best practices.

• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of our IT systems, policies, and security measures. Ensure that we adhere to internal policies and industry standards, safeguarding our organization’s integrity and compliance.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership position, ideally as a VP or similar.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
• Exceptional project management skills with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working alongside senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in IT management, including leadership roles in cybersecurity and team management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, threat mitigation, and compliance requirements.
