Job Description POSITION TITLE: Coordinator - Customer Insights & Strategy... REPORTS TO: Manager of Insights & Strategy POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Customer Insights & Strategy team, you will be responsible for ensuring that business decisions are made with the benefit of insight & customer-first thinking. Responsible for management of internal customer panels, VOC project surveys, qualitative facility and wear test coordination, and competitive tracking. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Management of internal customer panels which includes recruiting, monthly communications, and management of incentives. • Assist analysts in survey research conducted using our customer database by requesting customer data & coupon codes. • Manage logistics of wear tests which include coordinating timeline and product with merchants & wear test recruiting with our internal panel. • Coordinate qualitative facility needs of collecting quotes, coordinating product and communication between AEO and the facilities. • Assist analysts in data pulls regarding market share, brand health, etc. • Summarize and share syndicated reports with immediate team. • Own weekly and ad hoc traffic reporting. • Manage invoice submissions in Ariba. • Coordinate national sample quotes. • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field. • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated collaborative skills, desire to learn and ability to work well within a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. • Passion for providing the organization with insights directly from our customer.
