As the Merchandise Leader, you will be responsible for the planning, selection, and presentation of merchandise in our retail stores.You must possess... excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, or a related field. Responsibilities: Develop merchandise plans and strategies to meet organizational objectives. Conduct research to identify the latest trends in apparel and consumer preferences. Oversee the selection, pricing, and display of merchandise in retail stores. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels. Create and review reports to track product performance and customer feedback. Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure best product selection and pricing. Monitor sales figures and adjust plans accordingly. Train and mentor store staff in customer service and product knowledge. Develop promotional campaigns to boost sales and customer loyalty.
