Join us and be a part of our journey towards transforming the financial industry through cutting-edge technology.Design and implement highly available and scalable Public Cloud infrastructure to support business-critical applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of the Public Cloud infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or outages related to the Public Cloud infrastructure.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Public Cloud technologies and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain documentation for the Public Cloud infrastructure, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and configurations.Partner with security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to optimize the usage of Public Cloud resources.Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.Mentor and train junior team members on Public Cloud best practices and technologies.American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
