From our headquarters in Munich, we develop comprehensive software solutions for the operation of complex customer loyalty programs, which we implement at our clients worldwide. We develop long-term partnerships with our clients, advise them on their digitalization journey, work on innovative ideas together and put them into practice. Among the companies that count on our know-how are Lufthansa, for its frequent flyer program Miles & More, Deutsche Bahn AG, PAYBACK, and international air carriers such as China Southern Airlines and United Airlines.Key Responsibilities:• Be part of a US based cross functional team defining the solution for our US based Airline Customers• Elaboration best possible customer solution based on our Loyalty Management Suite product capabilities• Lead analysis workshops with our customers to define detailed functional solutions that fulfil the business needs while leveraging our Loyalty platform strengths• Actively work with our German product owners on the discovery of cutting-edge product feature• Ensuring backlog refinement and readiness• Contact person for US based customers in case of incidents and problem analysis and solution finding• Focus your work on customer value and actuals business benefit• Provide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities for delivery work• Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metricsMinimum Qualifications• Customer oriented and strategic thinking• Strong problem analyzing skills as well as strong ownership to resolve problems• Experience in complex software development environments and ability to understand technical impacts of requirements• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)• Ability to understand technical impacts of requirements (architectural impacts, security, performance)• Good communication skills and personal responsibility• Loyalty/CRM or Airline background is preferred• Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages and software architecture patterns preferred• 2+ years experience in Product Management (or technical business analysis) with consistent track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategySalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
