AMEX Assurance Co. (AAC) provides insurance protection for Amex Card Members through implicit card benefits, and fee/add-on insurance products to both Card Members and non-Card Members. This is a role within the Partner Claims and Operations team of AAC whose primary responsibilities include service delivery of the end-to-end insurance experience (enrollment, servicing, and adjudication) for policies and claims; this role will support vendor partner operations by analyzing data related to third-party risk associated with car rental and travel insurance claims process, with a focus on communication by analyzing customer commentary and providing in-depth and timely feedback directly to the partner claims team. As a member of the team, you will provide insurance claims expertise, research, execution, coordination, and general support to the operations groups across several key areas: day-to-day operations, performance management, initiatives/projects, and issue management/resolution.
The successful candidate will be a detailed strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills, who can see the big picture and package up powerful insights to influence decision making. In addition, this individual should thrive at independently implementing actionable innovations in 'results driven manner, and be a strong relationship builder who takes a consultative approach to assessing and meeting stakeholders’ needs.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
