Join us in shaping the future of payments and financial services at American Express.Design and implement highly scalable and reliable systems using Java and other relevant technologies.Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.Develop and maintain infrastructure automation tools for efficient deployment and management of systems.Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize system performance.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance system capabilities.Work closely with product and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely resolution to critical production issues.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the team, driving towards a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
