Position Compensation Range:$76,000.00 - $125,000.00Pay Rate Type:SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.The Senior Talent Development Specialist creates or curates quality performance-based learning solutions for the organization, including e-learning, blended and instructor-led programs, tools and resources, ensuring the effective coordination and integration of training development with training delivery functions. You will develop, facilitate, and evaluate employee and leader development courses and programs to support organizational professional/leadership development needs. You will consult with business partners to identify needs, develop new programs and modify existing programs. You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Development.Primary Accountabilities• You will develop performance-based learning solutions to meet business needs.• You will use technology to design innovative learning solutions incorporating multiple formats and relevant adult learning activities, including e-leaning, blended learning, classroom, and virtual instructor-led material.• You will ensure that learning content adheres to current adult learning theories and instructional design models.• You will keep current on industry trends and best practices and use that knowledge to ensure a quality learning experience for participants.• You will work with subject matter experts, when necessary, to ensure that content appropriately addresses business partner learning needs.• You will gather input and feedback on the effectiveness and usability of the training materials and programs during the development process.• You will follow defined instructional design standards when developing or updating materials.• You may lead functional teams or projects..• Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership development to executives a must.In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Denver, CO 80112; or Phoenix, AZ 85034#LI-Hybrid• Travel for this role will be primarily to Madison, WI and Boston, MA.• Relocation for eligible candidates available.We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the requirements listed above.
