Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative products for American Greetings. Research and analyze market trends to inform design decisions. Develop sketches, prototypes, and mock-ups for new product concepts. Assist with product testing and make necessary revisions based on feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet manufacturing and cost requirements. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new product concepts. Communicate effectively with team members and present design concepts in a clear and professional manner. Follow brand standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across all products. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology. Take direction and feedback from senior designers and apply it to improve design skills. Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to complete projects on schedule.
