 Who is the ideal candidate? Our ideal candidate includes but is not limited to: 

  • 3+ years in a cold calling environment. (Timeshare & Collections agents do extremely well in this role.)
    • This is NOT a timeshare role.
  • Demonstrate past success in a business-to-business sales role.
  • Thinks quickly on their feet.
  • Be a rebuttal master.
  • Have a strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving.

 

 What’s the schedule?

  • Monday thru Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm,
    • No Nights
    • Occasional Weekends

 

What is expected of me?

  • 125+ cold calls a day to our qualified leads database.
  • Tactically and professionally get past the gatekeepers.
  • Identify pain points (areas of opportunity) while speaking with the business owners.
  • Use those pain points to schedule an appointment with the business owner and one of our regional directors.
  • Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business.
