Data Quality Analyst

Conduct regular audits to assess the quality and accuracy of data collected by the American Red Cross. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures in collaboration with relevant departments. Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies, working closely with data entry staff and other team members. Develop and maintain data validation rules and processes to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data quality. Perform data cleaning and deduplication tasks to improve overall data quality. Develop and maintain documentation of data quality processes and procedures. Monitor and report on key data quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Provide regular training and support to staff on best practices for data entry and management. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality processes and recommend solutions for more efficient data management. Stay current on industry best practices and standards for data quality. Participate in cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making and help achieve organizational goals. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure data quality standards are met. Adhere to all data privacy and confidentiality policies and regulations.
