At the American Red Cross, your uniqueness can shine!The American Red Cross is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and self-motivated multicultural digital marketing manager. This fully remote position helps develop and translate digital recruitment tactics that bring to life a robust and high performing blood donation journey that resonates with key marketing segments.What You Need To KnowThe multicultural digital marketing manager will:• Identify, implement and optimize the blood donation digital touchpoint journey for key market segments including Latino and LGBTQ+ with the goal to engage, motivate, and convert new and returning blood donors.• Develop, translate, and implement key digital tactics across email, paid advertising, web, SEO, influencer, and mobile marketing channels alongside channel partners and vendors.• Measure, report, and optimize digital tactics and overarching donor journey through monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations across leadership levels.• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across the organization to provide insight and recommendations to cultivate and convert marketing segments.Where Your Career Is a Force For Good• Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.• Should be self-motivated – this position is fully remote.• Must have digital marketing strategy and implementation experience, experience with working with Latino segments preferred.• Proven ability to manage multiple tactics and projects and work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.• Must be able to digest and synthesize data across digital marketing channels and share relevant insights and optimizations to move the mission forward.What You Need To Succeed• 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in communications, English or equivalent field required.• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.• Demonstrated experience working in digital marketing across a variety of channels.• Bilingual, English and Spanish.• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.• Must perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.• Travel may be required.• Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).DISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed.
