Job Overview:
This entry-level position involves providing exceptional customer service through the handling of inbound and outbound telephone service calls for our First Notice of Loss section. Additional duties include assisting with our roadside assistance and glass programs.
Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer service through telephone contact for our First Notice of Loss section
• Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
• Assisting with roadside assistance and glass programs as needed
Salary:
This position provides an annual salary of $37,994 to $41,793 ($19.48 - $21.43/hr) plus a 5% shift differential providing an equivalent annual rate of pay of $39,894 - $43,883 ($20.45 - $22.50/hr). Shift differential compensation is considered variable compensation and applies only when working eligible schedules. This is subject to change, based on future schedule changes. Amica reserves the right to modify your schedule based on business needs which could impact the shift differential.
Schedule:
We are offering a 37.5 hour work week with several scheduling options that will primarily fall within the hours of 7am to 6pm EST. However, there may be limited evening opportunities available as well.
Training will run for 8-10 weeks and will operate on a Monday - Friday schedule from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent computer keyboard skills (35 wpm) as well as letter writing and computer processing
• Required to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements. Comprehensive training is provided.
• Previous insurance background is a plus
