Responsibilities

Triage and respond to tickets adhering to SLAs
Troubleshoot operating system, hardware, networking, and application issues
Maintain and extend documentation for the engineering support process
Define improvements to the Jira ticketing system
Contribute to monitoring and alerting stack using tools like Prometheus and Grafana
