As the European subsidiary of an e-commerce giant, our client is an international digital group, leading B2B marketplaces in Europe. Established 30 years ago to support companies in expanding their exports, it has become a reference in digital marketing through its marketplaces, as well as high-performing digital solutions (Google Ads, Google Shopping, retargeting, display, etc.).
As part of its strong growth, we are seeking experienced Business Developers who wish to join a high-performing, supportive company that offers real opportunities for advancement.
Reporting to a Team Leader, whose mission is to guide you towards achieving your objectives, within a dynamic international team, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of SMEs (manufacturers, producers, distributors, etc.) from various sectors, aiming to enhance their international visibility.
Your tasks will include:
- Defining a sales strategy, scheduling appointments with company decision-makers, conducting virtual sales meetings, and closing deals.
- Converting leads from companies wishing to be listed on marketplaces.
- Providing activity reports using tools, suggesting improvements, and actively contributing to company's development.
During the onboarding process, you will receive training in sales methods, products and solutions, as well as the various digital tools available to sales professionals (CRM, automatic follow-up software, lead simulation tool, etc.).
You have an experience in B2B solution sales and are fluent in Polish. Recognized for your ambition and performance-oriented mindset, you are a team player. Fixed salary: 32K + uncapped variable commission (32K at 100% target achievement). Monthly variable commission corresponds to 15% of signed revenue for the month, with a boost to 20% upon exceeding monthly targets. Additional performance bonuses. Commission payment from the first euro earned. Average salary of the international sales team: 60K in 2023.
