Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Visual Designer III to  join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.   As the Sr. Creative Designer you will combine your artistic talent with technical skills to visually communicate messages and create engaging and memorable experiences across a variety of mediums.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design of marketing materials by providing creative/art direction for converting written or spoken ideas into a design that connects with our target audiences
• Set the bar for creative excellence and maintain consistency with oversight and execution of projects, including enablement of the creative process 
• Develop and execute the research and strategy to further concepts that elevate the brand and generate demand for our technology solutions
• Create and deliver concepts and designs for ads, website, content, marketing campaigns, partner materials, events, social media, and internal and external brand assets, including sales pitch decks
• Collaborate and iterate with the Digital Marketing team as part of their agile workflow for all things web/digital 
• Monitor creative performance of assets across all channels and ensure optimizations for conversion
• Manage third party agencies if needed
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints

What You Need:

• Mastery in relevant tools/software: Miro, Figma (Software) · Graphic Design · Adobe Creative Suite · Photoshop · Book Design · Information Graphics · Adobe Illustrator · WordPress
• Excellent listener, communicator, and influencer who can work collaboratively across teams
• Creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
• Understanding of integrated marketing and where creative differs across complex buying journeys
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What Will Make You Stand Out:
