• B. S. or M.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, engineering physics, or physics
• Minimum overall GPA: B.S. – 3.2, M.S. – 3.5
• Strong knowledge of analog design principles
• Proficiency in both frequency-domain and time-domain design and analysis
Knowledge of:
• Operational Amplifiers
• Data Converters (Analog to Digital Converters and Digital to Analog Converters)
• Switched mode and linear power supply design
• Passive components
• Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design
• Testing and troubleshooting techniques
• Signal integrity, PCB layout, and grounding principles
• Basic digital design fundamentals
• Understanding of computers and programming languages (e.g. LabVIEW, Python)
• Interest in learning about and working with analog, digital, and computer technologies
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
Demonstrated ability to:
• Apply diagnostic insight to identify technical problems, propose viable options, and apply technical solutions.
• Quickly learn applicable technology, systems, and products
