Summary:

In this role, you will manage provider enrollment across all Vizient and Provista organizations. You will ensure data quality of provider data, including provider demographics, classification, distribution connection, pharmacy designation, and other internal financial controls. You will ensure compliance to contractual and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) legal aspects of provider functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify relevant data sources; incorporate understanding of business drivers into analysis; interpret trends, regulatory changes, forecasts, and anticipate impact for providers.
  • Define requirement dashboards and reports that enable information sharing with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and ensure quality and timely project delivery.
  • Prepare analysis and related recommendations in accordance to established guidelines or client needs; communicate outcomes to internal and external audiences.
  • Present recommendations to manager and provide guidance with alternative selection options.
  • Assist with planning and participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and understand current business processes.
  • Manage high-volume workload with changing priorities.
  • Monitor Service Level Agreement for cases assigned to queue and process in a timely manner according to guidelines.
  • Manage various operational processes, including new provider on-boarding, off-boarding, quality control and data cleansing processes.
  • Perform provider verification from supplier and distributor requests.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present data.
  • Experience with data visualization and operational reporting preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$51,900.00 - $75,150.00
